Decaydance/Fueled By Ramen recording group Gym Class Heroes are set to arrive in the UK in September to play a series of headline gigs.  Starting in Glasgow on the 13^th and finishing in Portsmouth on the 22^nd, the award winning, alternative hip-hop outfit will showcase tracks from their eagerly anticipated third album, THE QUILT due September 15^th.  

THE QUILT is the first music from the band since 2006’s RIAA gold-certified breakthrough, AS CRUEL AS SCHOOL CHILDREN, which spawned such hits as ‘The Queen And I’, ‘Clothes Off’ and the incredible smash hit, ’Cupid’s Chokehold(Breakfast In America)’. The new album features some extraordinary collaborators including producers Cool & Dre (Yung Joc, Young Jeezy, The Game) and the Geneva, NY-based band’s long time friend and collaborator, Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy. Busta Rhymes, the UK’s finest - Estelle and the legendary Daryl Hall also make an appearance on the set.  The album’s first single, ‘Cookie Jar’ comes out digitally on August 25^th and physically on September 8^th.  Produced by The-Dream who has also worked with Rihanna, Usher and Chris Brown, the companion video is directed by Dale “Rage” Resteghini.   Gym Class Heroes will spend the summer busting out the new material as headliners on Vans Warped Tour in the United States.
