This Chicago duo are getting our Track of the Month. The Cool Kids say they are "the new black version of the Beastie Boys." Promising... Black Mags comes from the forthcoming album Totally Flossed Out; it's... dirty, grimy and with a slowed-down voice like the one on another album track, "Gold and Pagers" rapping epigrammatically about their 'bicycle' with a shout-out to Nike.

We're giving Goodbye Horses our old track of the month. And believe it or not, this is a female vocal. A female vocal we say, and an ex NYC taxi driver at that! (Not, as we imagined, a fop with ¾ length sleeves). Q got a one-hit wonder out of Goodbye Horses but the track featured on Married to the Mob and Silence of the Lambs if it sounds familiar
